Returns & Exchanges

Returns and Exchanges must be processed within 14 days of when the order was received.


Return Policy Guidelines:

 

  • All items must be new, unworn, and with the original tags attached.
  • Products marked *final sale* cannot be returned.


Exchanges:


We're unable to process an exchange, but you're welcome to place a new order (while the item(s) are still available) and send in your return separately.


How to Process a Return:


Simply email us at returns@yomiandbug.com with your ORDER NUMBER in the subject line. Please include your reason for return within the email. Our customer service team will get back to you within 24 hours. Once your return has been approved, a refund will be issued back to your original form of payment.
